The Qatar National Commission for Education, Culture and Science extends its best wishes and congratulations to H.E. Dr. Saud bin Hilal Al-Harbi on his being appointed Director-General of the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) succeeding the late Dr. Abdullah Al Muharib who passed away on May 4, 2017. Dr. Al-Harbi was appointed at the conclusion of the sixth extraordinary session of the General Conference of ALECSO held on 28 September 2017 in Kuwait.
